A complete refurbishment of this Victorian Grade II listed property in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
The clients wanted a light, airy, contemporary home, that was also warm and comfortable, and a fitting place to hang their art collection.
The redesign uses greys and neutrals, but also quirky and bold patterns, and the occasional bright colour.
Some structural work involved the opening up of the centre of the house and the addition of a window, before a new kitchen was added.
An Art Deco style library was also designed to provide a home for the clients’ many books.
