The Cat’s Pyjamas was an established and popular Indian Street food restaurant in Headingley but for this second site in Leeds City Centre the client wanted us to work with her in extending and developing the interior brand identity.
The premises on two floors, needed a complete refurbishment with spacial planning to create a bar on the first floor and the restaurant and kitchen on the ground floor.
Working with the concept ‘Outside’ the kitchen is a corrugated iron clad street food shack, and brightly coloured murals and graffiti adorn the walls. Upstairs the bar is dark, and industrial touches add an urban feel.
